NEW GSX 3000 Truck Seat to hit Australian Shores in 2012.
New from CVG/KAB Seating is the long awaited GSX 3000 driver’s seat.
Packed with features not previously seen in the KAB Seating range, the new GSX 3000 lifts the bar in commercial vehicle seating. Purpose built for driver comfort the new GSX 3000 will provide driver seating for heavy trucks, buses and large off-highway equipment such as mine haul trucks.
A unique feature to the GSX is the incorporation of a ride positioning system ( RPS) which takes vibration protection to a new level in the suspension seating industry. Incorporated within the GSX suspension, the RPS automatically adjusts the suspension to suit the driver’s weight and mandates a safe ride zone. The driver can then select their preferred ride height within this safe ride zone. The GSX thereby delivers safety and comfort to any vehicle operator.
The GSX also incorporates many other unique features not previously seen in KAB Seating’s standard range. Such features include; an integrated 3-point belt system that complies with the latest Australian and European legislation, a dump valve for easy vehicle entry & exit, a user weight rating of 160kg, pneumatic dual air lumbar support for further customized comfort, seat cushion length adjustment, adjustable shock absorber, and a high backrest with integrated head restraint.

The GSX 3000 Truck Seat is expected to be available to KAB Seating Dealers from September 2012.
