KAB Seating offers an unconditional money back guarantee on all new seating products. If you purchased your seat through an authorised KAB Seating Systems Dealer or a KAB branch, and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

• To qualify for the refund you must comply with the following:
• The product must be returned to the point of purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The original invoice must state the purchase date and the purchase amount.
• The product must be free from damage or misuse by the customer.
• KAB Seating Systems will not accept responsibility for freight charges on returned goods.
